Tanqueray London Dry Gin was first crafted in 1830 by Charles Tanqueray.  It’s sea glass green bottle and four botanicals of juniper, coriander, angelica, and licorice provide a distinctive experience only found with Tanqueray.

$12 2oz Tanqueray gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 raspberry syrup
With or without egg white
Shaken and strained into a rocks glass with a lemon twist garnish. 

 


Winemaker Austin Hope created his namesake label in 2000, just five years after taking the helm of the family business. Austin Hope wines were initially dedicated to Rhône varieties grown at the Hope family’s estate vineyard. Then, in 2017, after years of exploration and only when he felt he could create something truly exceptional, Austin released his first Cabernet Sauvignon—which became an immediate standard-bearer of Paso Robles.
