Alongside the House Committee, our Food and Beverage Team has been hard at work reimagining the Alto Dinner Menu. We sincerely hope that you all will come in and explore our newest offerings. Our new Sierra Charcuterie Board will pair perfectly with your favorite glass of wine, and the Sole MeuniĆ©re is a seasonal offering that will only be on our menu for a limited time, so you won’t want to miss the opportunity to try it! Each month, Executive Chef Damian Alvarado and Bar Manager Frank Barerra will share new and innovative offerings that will be easy to find in the center section of our redesigned dinner menu.
Don’t let the chilly temperatures keep you in, the Club is still busy with activities to keep your calendar full! Super Bowl in the Pavilion on February 9 promises to be a great game as the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles, but even if you aren’t a football superfan, our gameday feast, beer, and drink specials are hard to beat! The very next weekend, its Valentine’s Day! Alto’s most adored duo, The Potters, will be putting on a show for all our lovebirds (Gentleman, don’t forget to call the Host Desk or use the Alto mobile app to secure your reservations!). In addition to the big show, The Potters will be playing in the Alto dining room on February 15. Last but certainly not least, keep the dust off of your dancing shoes- Bobby Luster and Tommy Scales will be hosting another Dance the Night Away in the
Pavilion on February 21.
In addition to this month’s activities, these Club staples remain on our schedule:
Tuesdays- Pasta Night, 5:00-8:30pm (9pm after Feb. 15)
Fridays- Happy Hour 4:00-5:30pm
Sundays- Brunch 8:00am-2:00pm
We’re looking forward to seeing you at Alto!
