As most of you are aware, we have faced significant struggles every year in securing staff and guest housing.  We believe that we have located an answer to those struggles in the La Junta Guest Ranch property.  Please take a moment to view the virtual footage of this 6.5 acre, multi-structure property that the Club is considering for purchase.

The current guest properties owned by the Club would be put on the market and sold, which will produce the capital needed to purchase La Junta. The decision for purchase will be put to you, the members!
